約瑟夫·雅克·塞澤爾·霞飛，是一位法國陸軍將領，曾被授勳法國元帥，他擔任法國軍隊領袖制定「十七號計畫」，在第一次世界大戰前期指揮所有西線大型戰役。曾被授予法國元帥的榮譽。離開陸軍決策層之後，主要負責外交任務，在1931年1月3日因病去世。
